Recently (December 2009-April 2010) I consulted with attorneys regarding a collegiate athlete who was injured during pre-game warmups. She sustained injuries which were not fully appreciated initially. This may have contributed to a bad result.
After reviewing depositions I was able to offer my perspective in telephone conversations with the attorney on how the athlete was managed. If needed, I would be available to testify during the trial if the case is not settled pre-trial.
